Advance to Work 

Advance to Work offers 3 to 6 month work placements for people aged 16-19 years who would like to gain work experience as well as develop new skills. As an employer, you will be supporting a young person’s development while benefiting from their contribution to your business - at no direct financial cost.

Participants spend 3.5 days per week in the work place and the rest undertaking skills training. At the end of the placement, you can decide whether they would be suitable for long-term employment with you.
